Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Food Handler's Certification (within 30 days)
- Level 1 AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card (within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to work Sunday-Thursday 10:30am-7:00pm plus holidays
- Willingness to support multiple dining venues
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Barista experience is a plus
- Experience in dietary services or nutrition is a plus
- Ability to make every interaction a positive one
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to hospitality and resident satisfaction
Job Duties
- Serve residents and guests with care and enthusiasm
- Keep the cafe clean, stocked, and welcoming
- Make every interaction a memorable one
- Provide attentive service in cafe, employee breakrooms, Assisted Living dining room and Health Care Center
- Support other dining venues as needed
- Maintain food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service
