Job Duties
- Serve as the point person for all work-related requests to unit management
- Train and acclimate new associates to company culture, client culture, and operations
- Demonstrate complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients
- Promptly address and correct any guest complaints or issues
- Assist in the selection and orientation of employees and oversee training of staff in areas of responsibility
- Take and deliver food and drink orders while maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
