Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to perform job duties satisfactorily
  • valid Food Handler's card preferred
  • OLCC Server's permit preferred
  • availability to work part-time with varying shifts
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good interpersonal communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a foodservice or hospitality setting
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • leadership experience or potential
  • ability to work flexible hours including AM and PM shifts

Job Duties

  • Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management
  • trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations
  • demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients
  • promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues
  • assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility
  • performs other duties as assigned
