Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of experience as a server lead preferred
  • ability to work full time schedule including weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle customer complaints promptly
  • capability to train and supervise staff
  • availability to work varied hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of previous server lead experience preferred
  • ability to effectively communicate with team members and management
  • comprehensive knowledge of menu items and food service operations
  • strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
  • experience in training and mentoring staff
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
  • commitment to maintaining a clean, safe dining environment

Job Duties

  • Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management
  • trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations
  • demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients
  • promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues
  • assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility
  • performs other duties as assigned
