Job Duties
- Serve as the point person for all work related requests to unit management

- Demonstrate complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients
- Promptly address and correct any complaints or issues
- Assist in selection and orientation of employees and oversee training of staff in areas of responsibility
- Perform other duties as assigned
