Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hospitality or senior living dining services
- leadership or supervisory experience in a food service environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- ServSafe Food Safety Manager certificate is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee the dining service team to ensure excellent hospitality
- coordinate dining room operations including seating and service flow
- train and mentor service staff to maintain high standards
- address resident concerns and special requests efficiently
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- manage scheduling and communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
- maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere during service times
