Job Requirements
- Previous serving experience required
- availability for full time or part time schedules
- ability to work 11:00 am to 7:30 pm shifts
- willingness to work rotating weekends and holidays
- ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

- knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- ability to train and lead a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- ability to handle complaints professionally
- ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management
- trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations
- demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients
- promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues
- assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility
- takes and delivers food and drink orders
- promotes a clean and safe environment for guests
- performs other duties as assigned
