Job Requirements
- Valid ServeSafe food handlers certificate
- Valid responsible beverage service (RBS) certificate
- Two to three years in food service leadership role
- Three to four years of overall food service experience
- Ability to work Tuesday through Sunday including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Lead the food service team to ensure excellent resident dining experiences
- Manage daily operations during assigned shifts
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with ServeSafe and RBS certifications
- Train, mentor, and supervise food service staff
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Handle resident inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to enhance service quality
