Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a guest-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Knowledge of breakfast service, including coffee, tea, and morning cocktails, is a plus
  • Proficiency with POS systems and handling guest transactions
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, and reliability
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays based on resort operations

Job Duties

  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring an exceptional breakfast and brunch experience
  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, and offer recommendations based on dietary preferences
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and modifications are properly communicated to the kitchen
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently, maintaining attention to detail and presentation
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, addressing any needs or concerns promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining spaces
  • Assist with table setups, refilling beverages, and delivering additional items as needed
  • Process guest payments accurately using the POS system
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring compliance with food handling guidelines
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings to review service expectations, daily specials, and operational updates
  • Other duties as assigned
