Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of fine dining experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn about local, seasonal, and sustainable food
  • Fundamental wine knowledge preferred
  • Must maintain professional grooming and dress standards
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Must be able to stand and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
  • Full-time availability with a flexible schedule

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of related experience in fine dining service
  • Team player with exceptional work ethic
  • Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have passion for food and willingness to learn about food
  • Knowledge of food and beverage is a plus
  • Experience in a high volume restaurant preferred
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow within the company
  • Availability for full-time work with a flexible schedule

Job Duties

  • Oversee the guest experience and act as guest advocate regarding inquiries and additional needs on the menu
  • Stay updated on all menu items, preparation, and ingredients of all dishes
  • Ensure proper table maintenance including water service, pre-bussing, clear plates between courses, etc.
  • Ensure guests are charged correctly and accurately and receive payment in a timely fashion for all items served
  • Support other team members to ensure guest satisfaction before, during, and after service in the completion of their duties
  • Adhere to grooming and dress code standards
