Job Requirements

  • Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
  • ability to carry and balance service tray on shoulder
  • New Mexico liquor server's license and Food Handlers Card
  • legible handwriting
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • must obtain and maintain Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • proficient use of smartphone for company applications
  • physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in fast-paced environment
  • ability to work outdoor functions during inclement weather

Job Qualifications

  • Prior food service experience
  • basic knowledge of banquet items and proper placement procedures
  • professional appearance
  • possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
  • ability to use smartphone proficiently for company applications, email, and text

Job Duties

  • Acknowledge and respond to customers promptly
  • deliver food and beverages to guests' tables
  • provide buffet style service when required
  • monitor food quality and report variances to banquet captain
  • return to assigned tables regularly to determine additional customer needs
  • ensure banquet facilities are orderly and clean
  • provide fast, friendly service to customers
