Job Requirements
- Qualified Santa Ana Tribal member preferred
- Ability to carry and balance service tray on shoulder
- Legible handwriting
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
- Must obtain and maintain Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work outdoor functions during inclement weather
- Must use smartphone proficiently
Job Qualifications
- Prior food service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of banquet items and setup procedures
- New Mexico liquor server’s license
- Food Handlers Card
- Professional appearance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to use smartphone for company applications
Job Duties
- Acknowledges and responds to customers promptly
- Delivers food and beverages to guest’s table
- Provides buffet style service as required
- Monitors food quality and reports variances
- Returns to tables regularly to assess guests’ additional needs
- Ensures banquet facilities are orderly and clean
- Provides fast and friendly service to customers
