Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Ability to stand for up to 10 hours a day
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check if required

Job Duties
- Promote positive brand awareness to every guest by providing outstanding service
- Greet guests and inform them of current promotions
- Accurately take food/beverage orders and enter into the POS system
- Serve all orders quickly and correctly
- Be alert to ongoing guests' needs and respond to them efficiently
- Have complete knowledge of Tumbleweed's alcohol policies
- Handle payment transactions while protecting the interests of both guest and restaurant
- Adhere to Tumbleweed's sanitation standards
- Work closely with other restaurant personnel to ensure a well-maintained, clean and organized operation
- Perform all side work as required
- Maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
