Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work dinner shifts including weekdays weekends and holidays
  • Previous food and beverage service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of alcohol service and regulations
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Demonstrated commitment to hospitality and guest service excellence

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • Take guest food and or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Serve alcoholic non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal state local and company regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
