Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum three years experience in a fine dining or steakhouse setting
  • availability for full-time dinner shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays
  • ability to provide excellent guest service
  • knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations
  • capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years experience in a fine dining or steakhouse environment
  • familiarity with Italian cuisine and culture preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
