Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years experience in a fine dining or steakhouse setting
- availability for full-time dinner shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- ability to provide excellent guest service
- knowledge of food and beverage safety regulations
- capacity to stand and walk for extended periods
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience in a fine dining or steakhouse environment
- familiarity with Italian cuisine and culture preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
