Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of relevant work experience in hospitality
- ability to work dinner shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- strong knowledge of food and beverage service
- ability to comply with all federal, state, local and company alcohol service regulations
- excellent physical stamina
- authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in fine dining or steakhouse environment
- familiarity with Italian cuisine and culture preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- customer service oriented
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
