Job Requirements

  • Availability to work full-time dinner shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Basic math skills for handling orders and payments
  • Must comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage server role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
  • Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
  • Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
  • Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
