Job Requirements
- Availability to work full-time dinner shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling orders and payments
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a food and beverage server role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to cooperate effectively with colleagues
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
