Job Requirements
- Availability to work full-time dinner shifts including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- Ability to serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Physical ability to stand and carry trays for extended periods
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar food and beverage service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work dinner shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of menu items and ability to make recommendations
- Ability to operate point-of-sale system accurately
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
