- Availability to work dinner shifts on weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a food and beverage server role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends and holidays
- strong customer service orientation
- knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- familiarity with alcohol service regulations
Job Duties
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
- take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
- ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
