Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible summer hours including weekends and holidays
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
basic math skills for processing orders
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
must be 18 years or older
willingness to adhere to Hyatt’s uniform policy and grooming standards

Job Duties

deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with professionalism, accuracy, and a warm, welcoming demeanor
set up in-room dining presentations according to hotel standards, ensuring all items are properly arranged and complete
communicate menu items, specials, and service details clearly and confidently to guests
maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas, trays, carts, and equipment
retrieve trays and carts from guest rooms and hallways in a timely manner
process guest orders through the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any guest concerns
uphold all safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards
support additional food and beverage operations as needed
