Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible summer hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- basic math skills for processing orders
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- must be 18 years or older
- willingness to adhere to Hyatt’s uniform policy and grooming standards

- strong multi-tasking ability, including managing multiple orders, timelines, and guest requests simultaneously

- ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- previous hospitality or food-and-beverage experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with professionalism, accuracy, and a warm, welcoming demeanor
- set up in-room dining presentations according to hotel standards, ensuring all items are properly arranged and complete
- communicate menu items, specials, and service details clearly and confidently to guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of room service areas, trays, carts, and equipment
- retrieve trays and carts from guest rooms and hallways in a timely manner
- process guest orders through the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
- coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any guest concerns
- uphold all safety, sanitation, and food-handling standards
- support additional food and beverage operations as needed
