Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • present menus, explain specials, and answer any questions about food and beverages
  • take accurate orders from guests using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • ensure timely and efficient service of food and drinks to tables
  • monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill orders and create a seamless dining experience
  • process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and drink stations
  • adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
  • participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge
