Job Requirements

- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guest as they arrive providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Present menus make recommendations and answer questions about menu items specials and dietary restrictions
- Accurately take and process customer orders using our point-of-sale POS system
- Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring that plates are prepared and garnished according to IHOP standards
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including tables chairs and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
