Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guest as they arrive providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere
  • Present menus make recommendations and answer questions about menu items specials and dietary restrictions
  • Accurately take and process customer orders using our point-of-sale POS system
  • Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring that plates are prepared and garnished according to IHOP standards
  • Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including tables chairs and service stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
