Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is advantageous
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, explain specials, and answer any questions about food and beverages
- Take accurate orders from guests using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ensure timely and efficient service of food and drinks to tables
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill orders and create a seamless dining experience
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and drink stations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge
