Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service is an asset
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
  • Must be reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Present menus, explain specials, and answer any questions about food and beverages
  • Take accurate orders from guests using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Ensure timely and efficient service of food and drinks to tables
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to fulfill orders and create a seamless dining experience
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and drink stations
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge
