Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand walk and carry food trays for extended periods
- flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experiences as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments
- must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain any required permits or certifications

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guest as they arrive providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- present menus make recommendations and answer questions about menu items specials and dietary restrictions
- accurately take and process customer orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system
- serve food and beverages promptly ensuring that plates are prepared and garnished according to IHOP standards
- check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including tables chairs and service stations
- collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- handle cash and credit card transactions processing payments according to company policies
- follow all safety sanitation and health regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment
- participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the food service industry
