Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guest as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions
- accurately take and process customer orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system
- serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that plates are prepared and garnished according to IHOP standards
- check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
