Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guest as they arrive providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Present menus make recommendations and answer questions about menu items specials and dietary restrictions
- Accurately take and process customer orders using the point-of-sale system
- Serve food and beverages promptly ensuring that plates are prepared and garnished according to standards
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area including tables chairs and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction
- Handle cash and credit card transactions processing payments according to company policies
- Follow all safety sanitation and health regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the food service industry
