Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- take orders from guests and answer any questions they may have
- serve drinks and food promptly and courteously
- accommodate guests' needs and special requests in a timely manner
- make suggestions regarding food and drink options
- clean guest tables and maintain a tidy dining area
- use a point-of-sale computerized register system to relay orders to the kitchen
- present the guest check and handle cash or credit card payments with efficiency and accuracy
