Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous serving experience in a similar upscale environment preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • strong customer service orientation
  • willingness to adhere to health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server in an upscale dining environment
  • strong knowledge of food and beverage, including wine and cocktail pairings
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • familiarity with POS systems
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide an outstanding dining experience
  • take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • offer menu recommendations and answer guest questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and pairings
  • deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy
  • monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
  • maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and service stations
  • process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions
  • collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow
  • adhere to food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
