Job Requirements

Able to perform the essential functions consistent safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting quality standards
ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards
must be able to sit, stand, and squat frequently

Job Qualifications

Previous serving experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant preferred
strong communication and multitasking skills
knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings is a plus
ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
professional demeanor and a passion for hospitality
availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide an outstanding dining experience
take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
offer menu recommendations and answer guest questions about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and pairings
deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and order accuracy
monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and service stations
process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions
collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow
adhere to food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
