Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
  • positive attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • attention to detail
  • knowledge of food and beverage menus including dietary restrictions and allergies
  • basic math skills
  • flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift 35lbs and stand, walk, lift and carry trays throughout shift

Job Duties

  • Provide menu recommendations, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests
  • complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system
  • make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies
  • serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing for each table
  • check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns
  • provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs
  • handle guest concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary
  • communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment
