Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
- positive attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong multitasking and time management abilities
- attention to detail
- knowledge of food and beverage menus including dietary restrictions and allergies
- basic math skills
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift 35lbs and stand, walk, lift and carry trays throughout shift

Job Duties
- Provide menu recommendations, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests
- complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system
- make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies
- serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing for each table
- check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns
- provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs
- handle guest concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary
- communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment
