  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required
  • Positive attitude

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergies
  • Basic math skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to lift 40lbs, stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests
  • Complete orders and process payment transactions quickly and accurately in POS system
  • Make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions or food allergies
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timing for each table
  • Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests or concerns
  • Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and bring issues to management when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a positive working environment
