Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift
- Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats including small print
- Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- No prior experience required but preferred
- Ability to prepare food and beverages to required standards
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Prepare excellent food and beverage products for guests
- Be proactive to the needs of guests by suggestive selling food and beverage
- Assist in food prep for special events and banquets
- Follow property control audit standards and cash handling procedures
- Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
- Provide friendly and attentive service to make guests feel well taken care of
- Complete restaurant opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools
- Clean all equipment areas and lock equipment doors
- Set up stock and maintain work areas
- Take orders from customers, input orders in micros, and obtain payment
- Prepare food, coffee, and other beverages including alcohol
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures
