Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
  • Flexible availability including overnight shifts
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the guest service team to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Monitor and ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to synchronize service delivery
  • Train new team members on hospitality best practices and company standards
  • Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing during peak and off-peak hours
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment
