Job Requirements
- Preference given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
- high school diploma or GED required
- New Mexico liquor server’s license
- obtain Food Handlers Card within 90 days of hire
- excellent guest service skills
- good interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
- professional appearance
- comply with approved company dress code
- able to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- bilingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
- must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- smartphone capable of running company applications required
- must be able to obtain and maintain Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license

Job Duties
- Greets the guest with a positive and professional attitude
- anticipates guest needs and offers knowledgeable suggestions about products and specials
- takes and delivers orders quickly and accurately
- operates POS and properly settles all payment transactions
- upsells products knowledgeably for guest satisfaction
- issues receipts and ensures all paperwork is correctly signed and filed
- maintains a positive attitude during business regardless of volume
- keeps a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace
- handles multiple responsibilities and priorities
- other duties as assigned
