Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests and handle tip-outs
- Ability to bus or pre-bus with or without support staff
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand or walk for 4 to 8 hours at a time
- Must be able to perform fine hand manipulation and wrist movements
- Rarely kneel, squat or climb stairs
- Continuously lift, carry and balance 0-25 pounds, rarely lift or carry over 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Provide the utmost customer service and experience for our guests
- Know how to listen and communicate appropriately
- Be able to explain our menu, and notate guest allergies when needed for food safety purposes
- Take care of Guests the way you want to be taken care of
- Work as a unit and be team oriented
- Adhere to Condado duties and side-work checklist standards
