Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests
- Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be willing to work nights and weekends
- Ability to stand or walk for 4-8 hours
- Ability to perform continuous hand and wrist work including grasping and fine hand manipulation
- Ability to occasionally kneel, squat or climb stairs
- Ability to lift, carry and balance up to 25 pounds regularly and rarely over 25 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide the utmost customer service and experience for our guests
- Know how to listen and communicate appropriately
- Be able to explain our menu, and notate guest allergies when needed for food safety purposes
- Take care of guests the way you want to be taken care of
- Work as a unit and be team oriented
- Adhere to Condado duties and side-work checklist standards
- Handle cash transactions and tip-outs accurately
