Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to handle currency exchanges and tip-outs accurately
- Capability to perform bussing and pre-bussing duties independently
- Reliable transportation available
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Physical ability to stand or walk for 4-8 hours at a time
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements including grasping and fine manipulation
- Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests and handle tip-outs
- Ability to bus and pre-bus with or without support staff
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be willing to work nights and weekends
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer is preferred
Job Duties
- Provide the utmost customer service and experience for guests
- Know how to listen and communicate appropriately
- Be able to explain the menu and notate guest allergies for food safety purposes
- Take care of guests the way you want to be taken care of
- Work as a unit and be team oriented
- Adhere to Condado duties and side-work checklist standards
