- availability for AM and weekend shifts
- ability to stand for long periods and move quickly

Job Duties
- ensure all guests receive prompt, friendly, personalized service
- work as a team to assist in the service of all guests
- perform duties and side work to ensure the bistro opens on time
- perform all closing functions including side work and cleaning
- restock and maintain supplies throughout the shift
- ensure all orders are correct by ringing them in accurately
- adhere to all local and state liquor service laws
