Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- proven work experience as a server, waiter, or waitress
- excellent presentation skills, demonstrating a professional image
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- active listening and effective communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry supplies up to 30 pounds
- ability to bend, twist, and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, and overhead
Job Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a server, waiter, or waitress
- excellent presentation skills, always demonstrating a professional image
- strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- active listening and effective communication skills

- flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
- high school diploma
- food safety training will be considered a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner
- ensure that guests are seated in a timely manner and assist in the seating arrangement to optimize restaurant space
- present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
- exhibit a thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings, menu items and their preparation methods, ingredients, and allergens
- take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly
- serve food and drinks to guests, and check on guest satisfaction
- resolve customer complaints politely and promptly
- manage multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner
- prepare final bill, present it to guests, accept payment, process credit card charges or make change accurately
- maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment
- follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
