Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods ranging from 4 to 8 hours
- Capability to perform manual tasks including grasping, bending, twisting, and fine hand manipulation
- Ability to occasionally kneel, squat, or climb stairs
- Ability to lift, carry and balance weights up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally more than 25 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Availability to work nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
- Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests, as well as accurately handle tip-outs
- Ability to bus/pre-bus with or without support staff
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be willing to work nights and weekends
- Passion for tacos, tequila, and beer (preferred)
Job Duties
- Provide the utmost customer service and experience for our guests
- Know how to listen and communicate appropriately
- Be able to explain our menu, and notate guest allergies when needed for food safety purposes
- Take care of Guests the way you want to be taken care of
- Work as a unit and be team oriented
- Adhere to Condado duties and side-work checklist standards
