Job Requirements
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and treat guests like family
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 pounds
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to process payments and handle cash transactions
- Ability to verify guest identification for age requirements of alcohol purchase
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and managers
- Willingness to assist in other work-related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience required
- Previous management experience preferred
- Successful completion of progressive business management training program helpful
- Excellent customer service skills to treat guests like family
- Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as required
Job Duties
- Promote work and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Mecha Noodle Bar to transform taste and tradition to pride and progress through soulful interpretations of Southeast Asian comfort food in a fun communal high-energy space
- Provide all Mecha guests a memorable experience based by cultivating unique interactions tailored to your guest's needs and wants
- Follow all Mecha steps of service
- Interact with guests to find out if they have allergies or dislikes or if they have dined with us before prior to offering to taking orders
- Be the contact go-to for your guest throughout their dining experience
- Assist at expo window as needed
- Maintain guests table appearance to be clean and free of clutter
