Job Duties
- Ensure that Ted's standard of service is given to every guest every time
- Anticipate guests needs
- Have full knowledge of the menu and be able to answer guest questions effectively
- Have full knowledge of the Aloha system
- Be punctual and in full uniform for each shift
- Follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures of Ted's Cafe Escondido Restaurants
- Follow the nine steps of service at every table
- Ensure all health and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Adhere to the buddy system and take responsibility for your actions
- Ensure hot food is a priority
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Declare all of your tips
- Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned
