Job Requirements

- must be at least 21 years of age
- authorized to work in the location
- ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months server experience
- experience in full-service, upscale casual restaurant preferred
- comfortable educating guests on Wine Club membership
- hospitality-focused with passion and knowledge for guest service, food, and wine
- able to read, write and understand English
- experience using Micros or similar POS systems
- ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
- able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- able to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift
- able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
Job Duties
- Greet all guests with hospitality
- engage and answer questions about food, wine, and facilities in a friendly, helpful manner
- maintain full knowledge of Cooper's Hawk food, drink, wine menus and steps of service
- actively educate guests on the Cooper's Hawk Wine Club and invite them to participate
- communicate with bartenders, hosts and food runners to ensure a memorable guest experience
- pick up and deliver food orders to tables promptly
- serve alcoholic beverages according to company standards and legal guidelines
