Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Hold a valid food service certificate
- Ability to work flexible AM and PM shifts including weekends
- Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, and lift moderate weights for extended periods
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Show ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude

Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them in order of arrival
- Familiarize guests with the menu and make appropriate suggestions
- Take orders and enter them into the ordering system
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Clear, clean, and set tables between uses
- Collect payment from guests in a timely manner
- Assist in training new team members as required
- Anticipate guests' needs to ensure an enjoyable dining experience
