Job Duties
- ensure that Ted's standard of service is given to every guest, every time
- anticipate the guests needs
- have full knowledge of the menu and be able to effectively answer guest questions
- have full knowledge of the Aloha system
- be punctual and in full uniform for each shift
- follow all guidelines, policies, and procedures of Ted's Cafe Escondido Restaurants
- follow the nine steps of service at every table
- ensure that all health and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- adhere to the buddy system and take responsibility for your actions
- ensure hot food is a priority
- have a positive attitude at all times
- declare all of your tips
- perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned
