Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Possess a valid food service certificate
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and be mobile for at least 4 hours
- Ability to bend, stoop and lift moderate weight

Job Duties
- Greet guests and seat them in the order in which they arrive
- Familiarize guests with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested
- Take orders and enter into our ordering system
- Serve food and beverages
- Clear, properly clean and set tables between uses
- Collect payment from guests in a timely manner
- Assist in training new team members as required
- Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate an enjoyable dining experience
