- ability to accurately exchange currency with guests
- ability to handle tip-outs accurately
- willingness to work nights and weekends
- ability to bus and pre-bus with or without support staff

Job Duties
- Provide the utmost customer service and experience for our guests
- know how to listen and communicate appropriately
- be able to explain our menu and notate guest allergies when needed for food safety purposes
- take care of guests the way you want to be taken care of
- work as a unit and be team oriented
- adhere to Condado duties and side-work checklist standards
