Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to accurately exchange currency with guests and handle tip-outs
- Ability to bus and pre-bus with or without support staff
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Ability to stand or walk for up to 4-8 hours continuously
- Capability to perform hand and wrist work including grasping, bending, twisting, and fine hand manipulation
- Ability to occasionally kneel, squat, or climb stairs
- Ability to lift, carry and balance 0-25 pounds continuously, rarely over 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Provide the utmost customer service and experience for our guests
- Know how to listen and communicate appropriately
- Be able to explain our menu, and notate guest allergies when needed for food safety purposes
- Take care of Guests the way you want to be taken care of
- Work as a unit and be team oriented
- Adhere to Condado duties and side-work checklist standards
